Order processing time 2-4 business days unless notified otherwise Monday - Friday. You will receive notification with tracking number when your order ships.

Customer Pick Up

Select "Customer Pick Up" as a shipping option. This option is only available for our Fancy Friends with a billing address in the state of Maryland.

Orders for Customer Pick Up are usually ready within 2-4 business days. Please ring the doorbell and the staff will buzz you in for your pick up. The fee will be credited to the credit card on file once your order is marked as "Picked Up". Orders not picked up within 7 days will be shipped to the address on file.
